I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I was seeing Dr Drake, he really took good care of me. Him and his wife was great, very caring and conscientious. This last appointment, I had Dr Brooke Peterson. She was amazing, she was very thorough and I felt cared for.

Probably the best medical-related appointment I've had. Dr. Enevoldsen and the staff were efficient, very knowledgable and kind. I had not been to the optometrist in many years. They took the time to answer questions about any changes in my medical history over those many years. Stephanie the office manager is great and worked with me to get some unused contacts exchanged.

We recently switched to this practice due to insurance changes, and while I was sad to leave our old eye doctor, this office made the transition easy. My daughter is profoundly deaf and communicates using ASL. Their standard practice is to use a digital/iPad interpreter, but I explained that an in-person interpreter works much better for her, especially as a young child — sign language is a visual language, and a screen interpreter is a lot harder for a kid to fully engage with. They listened, and without any pushback, arranged an in-person interpreter for her appointment. It meant a lot that they were willing to adjust their normal process based on what actually works for my daughter, rather than just defaulting to what’s easiest for them. Great experience, and we’re glad to be patients here.

Gibron (assistant) & Dr Cheng were AMAZING!!! The front desk people weren’t super welcoming when I walked in so I was unsure at first but once I got past them it was great. There were staff members with their vapes sitting out on their desks, taking hits of their vape while customers are browsing, just FYI. But Gibron & Dr Cheng were awesome enough for me to overlook all of that (at least this time lol) would recommend just for them :)

Everyone I've encountered at this office has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have the latest diagnostic equipment for your eye health. Dr. Cheng went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and requests. The eyeglass techs did a great job fitting new lenses into the old frames I brought with me. Note that receiving your new lenses may take a week or more.

Dr.Ali is the best of the best! She’s been able to help me out with advanced eye issues with the PPPD and when things where out of alignment. They offer amazing vision therapy. After I retrained my nervous system and my PPPD went away, she was totally understanding and was able to answer any questions I had and adjust my script as needed. The additional staff when choosing frames are also highly knowledgeable and kind. They really want to make sure you are taken care of and feel confident in the glasses you choose! Can’t recommend custom eyes enough.

Exceptional doctors (Genilo and Chen) and exceptional customer service by eye technicians. All the ladies are extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable!! Have been going her for at least 17 years since returning to the KC area.

Amazing customer service always , but yesterday they went above and beyond. One technician jumped up and came out to the car to adjust and fix my mothers glasses since she had fallen and fractured her hip 7 weeks prior.
